The 1.5 acres property seats on top of a hill overlooking rice fields and mountain ranges of Benquet Province. The barrio has a laid back charm lifestyle. Very few houses surrounding the villa. A narrow road leading to the villa (300m). You can do a little hiking around the area. A very serene place that sometimes, it seems that you are in a remote place but just shy away from urban development.
The villa is located just 300 meters from the main national highway of Naguilian Road ( Baguio Road).A 2km. away from downtown Bauang going east to Baguio City, 45 km. to Baguio City, 10 km. to the capital of the province San Fernando, La Union and 16km to the surfing town of San Juan.
